Last night, I headed home from work the long way, to pick up a video in Arlington. I had noticed a few movies being released yesterday that piqued my interest, so I stopped off and rented both Garden State and Anchorman. My husband opted for the funny movie, so we watched Anchorman. I don’t know if my sense of humor is changing, but honestly, it sucked. It had maybe 3 or 4 lines that made us laugh, but otherwise I just found it lame. I’m hoping for better things with Garden State, which I hope to watch tomorrow or Friday. I love rental places with long rental periods - I don’t have to return these until Sunday night! Read the rest of this entry »
