All I have to say is TGIF. Last night, I ended up going to my boss’s house for our program unit’s holiday xmas party. The agency party is next week, in one of the conference rooms. Last night was smaller and more festive. So festive, in fact, that I ended up spilling red wine onto her sofa. Her WHITE sofa. Nice going, E, I thought. It was really a small spill so I thought ok, well, no big deal - but as I was leaving with my friend who was driving me home (because not surprisingly I forgot that the party was last night and took the SUBWAY…nice going again, E.) the party was in full swing and everyone was hooping it up, that I didn’t get a chance to tell her about the spill. So, this morning, I awkwardly was like trying to tell her about the spill and thank god she was like, I cannot believe you are worried about this! So luckily, everything was cool.
