It was SO gorgeous out today. Truth be told the temperature was probably around 45 degrees, but it was sunny and pleasant, so when I got home from work, I threw the baby in the stroller and I went for a long walk. It felt so good to get outside and get some fresh air. We walked to a tiny little park, the highlight of which is the baby swings, but it was all snowed in. So I kept on walking, because I didn’t feel like dragging the huge-ass stroller over the equally huge-ass snowbank just to get into the park, let alone over to the swings.
Work is good, not busy yet, but I have this underlying feeling that once it picks up it’s not going to stop. So I’m enjoying it right now. I’m still considering bringing in my laundry.
It’s supposed to snow on Friday. So much so that my Pampered Chef consultant who lives way up in New Hampshire would rather do a “remote show” that evening so instead of rescheduling I think we are going to have her on speaker phone for a few minutes and that’ll be it. We shall see. I’m anxious to see if we actually do get snow. Maybe I’ll have a snow day on my very first week of work, that’d be sweet.
Next week I am off to New York again for most of the week. *Dies from exhaustion*
I can’t believe it’s 9:15 already. Where did the night go? Okay - tons to do before bed, so I’ll have to catch you tomorrow. Night!
