Before I start the salmon, I remembered two things I wanted to tell you.
1. Re: Boden. FYI, Boden runs EXTRAORDINARILY large. In my opinion, anyway. Maybe I’m just used to wearing crappily cut clothes from Banana Republic or something, long story short, I ordered three skirts and I have to send two of them back. The one I got on sale I can make work. Worst case scenario, I can have the buttons moved over. The two skirts I am sending back just aren’t right. Really really well made, but a little flimsy for work, I think, and not quite as A-line as I had hoped. Plus, I should probably have ordered talls instead of their regular length. I like my knees covered at work, so back they go. I’m looking at the catalog online again and I think I’m going to exchange them for a slightly different style of skirt that looks a little less casual, and I think a bit longer.
2. Re: banana bread baked this afternoon. I completely forgot to mention that I stole the recipe from Janet. Not only did she very kindly post the recipe, she took pictures of her bread that were so amazing I could practically taste it. Which is why I made the bread this afternoon instead of throwing out the four brown bananas in my fruit bowl. Win-win, right?
Okay. Time for dinner.
